HUBUNGAN ANTARA PELAKSANAAN PROSEDUR TETAP RANTAI DINGIN (COLD CHAIN) VAKSIN TINGKAT PUSKESMAS DENGAN KEJADIAN PD3I DI KABUPATEN JEMBER TAHUN 2010

Abstract

To reduce the number of cases PD3I, not only achieve high immunization coverage and equitable but also the quality of immunization services. The quality of immunization services one of which is obtained by maintaining the quality of vaccines. Failure in the management of cold chain (cold chain) vaccine will result in a decrease in potentiality of vaccines, that trigger the emergence of PD3I. The aim is to analyze the relationship between the implementation procedure of cold chain (cold chain) vaccine in immunization services at the health center (Puskesmas) with PD3I incident in 2010 in Jember. The research is an observational analytic research approach. Data were collected by conducting observations and interviews with probing methods of the implementation procedure of cold chain (cold chain) vaccine in immunization services in immunization officer. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The research provides information on the implementation of procedures links remain cold chain (cold chain) vaccine in the preparation phase of implementation, services and activities of the end of immunization services at posyandu with PD3I events in Jember in 2010.
