dc.description.abstract | In the experimental research, there are two kinds of experiments based on its design of treatment. They are a single experiment and factorial experiment. By factorial experiment, we want to get level factor that cause the optimal response. That is studied at Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The aims of this research is how to implement RSM analysis to get response surface equation from the factorial experiment, level factor that cause the optimal response and the optimal response from the response surface equation. The data came from factorial experiment about the effect of microwave cooking on ATP (Adenosine Tri Phosphate) conc. of meat (Douglass, without years). There are two kind of variable; response (y), and independent variable (x1 is cook time and x2 is thaw time). The analysis result’s are response surface equation, y = 2,15746 + 0,413596 x1 – 0,0273246 x2 –0,302632 x1
2 + 0,000219298 x2 2 + 0,00583333 x1 x2; response optimal rearch at x1 = 1,1379 and x2 =47,1663 with response at this point is 1,75. | en_US |
