Labor is person who is ready to enter the job market in accordance with the wages offered by the provider of job. The amount of labor is calculated from the productive age population who entered the labor force category. Availability of jobs is not enough for all the existing labors. These problems can be overcome by knowing the probability of accretion rate of labor in the future. The probability of accretion rate of labor can be calculated using markov chain analysis. This research shows that the probability of the number of labors aged 15-19 years is 0.214, 20-24 years is 0.259, 25-29 years is 0.268, and 30-34 years is 0.255.en_US
