| dc.description.abstract | Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is represent disease of infection cause of
morbiditas and mortalitas especially at child. Patient of ARI in town of Depok in the
year 2006 reaching 28.195 cases. Among 6 Primary Health Center exist in Depok,
Cimanggis Primary Health Center represent primary health center with number
patient of highest ARI with prevalence 16,37%. This study was to learn some factors
had related with ARI cases by the baby 1-4 year in Cimanggis Primary Health Center
area. This research using Cross Sectional with 97 sample selected by Proportional
Random Sampling in Cimanggis of Primary Health Center Area. Analysis using Chi
Square (X²). Variable study are knowledge of mother, health service access, behavior
of mother, imunization and exclusive breastfeeding.
It was revealed that correlation between exclusive breastfeeding with ARIcases
(p=0,000) and had correlated between knowledge of mother with ARI cases
(p=0,030). It was concluded that factors had related with ARI cases were exclusive
breastfeeding and knowledge of mother. Good knowledge will helping on ARI
preventoin, so health officer can increase to assessment about ARI disease, how to
prevention and assessment about exclusive breastfeeding for baby to decrease ARI
cases in Cimanggis Primary Health Center. | en_US |
