dc.description.abstractBased on the results of simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the variables of age, education, education and working lives together significant effect on labor productivity in Sub Sumbersuko Lumajang of 37.59386 with a significant degree of 0.0000000. The variables age, education, and the work has the effect of partially as follows: Variable age (X1) has a negative and significant effect on labor productivity veneer part of -0.081805 or 8%. variables education (X2) has a positive and significant on labor productivity veneer part of 0.259257 or 25%. Tenure variable (X3) have a significant effect on labor productivity veneer parts of -0.46 On the results of econometric tests using classical methods multicollinearity, heterocedastisity, and normality can be seen that midel is feasible to be used for the research conducted does not happen multicollinearity, heterocedastisity and normality.en_US
