HUBUNGAN PROFESIONALISASI PEGAWAI DENGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI BADAN KEPENDUDUKAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DAN CATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN JEMBER ( Relation Proffesionalism Officer With Quality Of Service In Body of Kependudukan Family of Berencana and Note Civil Sub-Province of Jember )

Abstract

Service of public by governmental aparatur these days still met by many weakness so that not yet earned to fulfill the quality of which is expected by society. This matter is marked with there is still its various sigh of submitted society through mass media, so that can generate unfavourable image to governmental aparatur. Considering governmental function is to serve society hence government require to continue to cope to improve the quality of service Target of this Research is to know the existence of relation between officer proffesionalism with quality of service in Body of Kependudukan Family of Berencana and Note Civil Sub-Province of Jember. In this research there are two variable that is officer proffesionalism variable and variable of[is quality of service. To connect both the variable use theory of Ginandjar Kartasasmita that is that in the effort improving service good to leveller and also improve the quality of service of society is with proffesionalism. Result of from research is to show Proffesionalism Officer Correlate Signifikan With Quality of Service in Body of Kependudukan Family of Berencana And Note Civil Sub-Province of Jember. This Matter is proved with test of Rank Spearman and test of t test.. Result of from test of Rank Spearman is rs count > rs of is tables of or 0,854 > 0,359. While result of test of t test is t count ( 7,337) > t of is tables of ( 2,086). Thereby hypothesis zero ( Ho) expressing " Relation inexistence between officer proffesionalism with quality of service in Body of Kependudukan Family of Berencana and Note Civil Sub-Province of Jember" refused and job hipotesis ( Ha) expressing " Existence of relation between officer proffesionalism with quality of service in Body of Kependudukan Family of Berencana and Note Civil Sub-Province of Jember" accepted. From acquirement of analysed research result by using formula of Rank Spearman accompanied by test of signifikasi above mentioned test t can be said that by theory of Ginandjar Kartasasmita about proffesionalism relate to the quality of service can be accepted and applied in Body environment of Kependudukan Family of Berencana and Note Civil Sub-Province of Jember.
