| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is aimed at knowing the basis sector in which generates the economy
of Jember regency, direction, and shift of power taking place in Jember regency in
order to help make Jember regional government’s policy which is aimed at
increasing economic growth in Jember regency in the future. The data adopted in
this research is a secondary data which is obtained from Jember Statistical
Research Board. The esearch is sector becoming economics isolator in Jember.
This Research used the analyzer of Location Quotient, Coefficient Reshuffle,
Dynamic Location Quotient, and Analyze the Scaling. Data taken start at 20022005.
This
matter
because
the
time
of
data
intake
for
the
year
2006
not
have
been
yet
released by Statistical Research Department. Result from the analysis shows
the agricultural sector still become the bases sector in Jember start at 2002-2005
with the value of LQ in 2005 is 2,59868. While value of Coefficient Reshuffle
more tend to commercial sector that is 0,0003. Pursuant to result analyzes is hence
obtained by conclusion that agricultural sector still become the especial sector in
Jember. This problems is important utilize to determine the direction of
development policy to be taken for the shake of improving area earnings and
