Persepsi Pelajar terhadap Profil Guru yang Baik

Abstract

This research aimed to describe teachers' good profile, liked or expected by their students. Explorative design was applied in this research. The research respondents were SMP and SMA students from public and private institutions in Jember. The data were collected by direct interview and self idea cart distribution. From the data analyses, it showed that a good teacher is the one who can make conducive situation in the teaching learning process, can be a good learning partner of the students, have opened attitude, can give spirit with health competition to the students, can deliver the ideas, and can criticize.
