accordance with the target (10%). Public health centers with high value T result
(32.74%) malnourished childhood and there are public health centers Sukorambi
that include prone nutrition areas. Conditions weight in the Posyandu that never
calibrated and cadre of skills that are lacking in weighing cause inaccuracies the
weighing results. So that the function of Posyandu as early detection of
malnutrition in childhood is questionable. According to the preliminary survey
conducted in Posyandu Kemuning Lor village, there are 3 of 5 Posyandu is
weighing invalid. The objektive of this study was to analyze the influence of the
characteristics (age, working status, educational level, and long been a cadre),
training, and coaching cadre to the validity of the weighing of children under five
in the Posyandu Area of Sukorambi’s Public Health Center, Sukorambi District –
Jember. The research was conducted on 48 people weighing in Posyandu cadres
in the region Sukorambi Public Health Center. This was an observational analytic
study. Analysis technique used was multiple logistic regression analysis with α =
0.05. Based on the analysis of the results obtained age (0.729), long been cadre
(0.035) and training of cadres (0.331). Could be concluded that the long been
cadres a significant influence on the validity of the weighing childhood in
Posyandu (p-value = 0.035). From the research, it had been necessary to
regenerated the existing cadre of old age by hiring new young people. New young
people to have become cadres for the implementation of the weighing of
childhood in Posyandu run well. | en_US |
