dc.description.abstract | The research purpose to examine the effect of performance measurement, reward, and implementation of total quality management system toward managerial performance at PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy in Surabaya Business Unit. This research used primery data that is spreading questionnaires for respondents. The population are PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy Business Unit networking in East Java (PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy Surabaya Business Unit networking, PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy Malang Business Unit networking, and PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy Jember Business Unit networking) and the sample is PT.Kimia Farma Pharmacy Surabaya Business Unit Networking. Respondents are top management (business manager), middle magement (pharmacy head and assistance manager) and lower management (engineering co. and purchasing section) of Surabaya Business Unit in PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy. The respondents is amount 35 respondents. They are including 1 top management (business manager), 24 middle management (23 pharmacy head and 1 assistance manager) and lower management (9 engineering co. and 1 purchasing section). Variable are performance measurement, reward, and implementation of total quality management system as independent variables. And managerial performance. Data analysis use descriptive analysis. Data quality use validity and reliability test. Econometric test are normality test, multicolinierity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis are used multiple regression and t test.
Statistically, results represent that significantly performance measurement, reward, and implementation of total quality management system have effects toward managerial performance. | en_US |
