dc.description.abstractEast Java Maternal Mortality rate in 2010 was around 104,5-250 per 100.000 life childbirths. In Jember District, maternal mortality rate was 110 per 100.000 life childbirths. The maternal mortality was caused by hemorragic at childbirth, it is the reason why antenatal care need to do. Antenatal care before labor is primarily aimed to monitoring the growth and development of the fetus in the womb. Pregnancy assessment should be done by pregnant woman during pregnancy, starting from the first trimester until labor periode. Pregnant woman should visit health workers as early as possible since she was pregnant to get antenatal care. The aim of this research was to identify the relationship between the health care with antenatal care visit. This was analytik corelational design with cross sectional approach. Sampling was 40 pregnant woman. Data was collected by questioners. Bivariat analysis used Chi Square with significant level on 0,05. The result of research showed that the health care has significant relationship with the antenatal care visit (p value = 0,02). The research suggestion is to give health education and the information about the importance antenatal care by health workers in public health center Tempurejo.en_US
