    Abstract
    Technological developments have a real impact on various aspects of life, one of which is the educational aspect. The development of information technology encourages the creation of innovations in learning activities, one of the learning innovations is electronic learning (e-learning). However, teachers encounter many obstacles in developing teaching materials, such as at SMKN 1 Jember, class X MPLB teachers still have difficulty utilizing e-learning. In learning activities, teachers only use books as learning resources and blackboards as learning media. So other alternative teaching materials are needed to support learning. This research aims to produce a product in the form of a learning e-module on the Basic Skills Program subject for Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) students at SMKN 1 Jember that is feasible, both in terms of material, language and design. This development research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The research trial subjects consisted of expert validators and class X students of the Office Management and Business Services Skills Program (MPLB) 1 and 2. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis from validating the feasibility of the e-module showed that the feasibility of the content/materials was 100%, feasibility of the language was 88%, and feasibility of the graphics was 95,2%. Then the analysis result from the student response test obtained a score of 87,6%. From these results, the e-module product for the Office Management Skills and Business Services Program (MPLB) that has been developed meets the eligibility criteria by getting very feasible criteria from the results of the expert validator test and very attractive criteria from the results of the student response test.
