Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Materi Sistem Gerak Menggunakan Aplikasi Assemblr EDU Berbasis Augmented Reality untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Biologi SMA
Abstract
One consideration that can be derived from the current rapid pace of technology is the utilization of effective, creative, and educational learning media. This research aims to develop Augmented Reality-based learning materials for the sub-topic of motion systems and to assess the results of media validation, practicality testing, and effectiveness testing of the learning media. This study adopts a development research approach, employing the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research findings indicate a high level of validity for the learning media. Practicality test results reveal an average score of 96.54%, considering the effectiveness, convenience, and practicality aspects of the utilized media, with highly practical interpretation results. The effectiveness test demonstrates a significant improvement in pre-test to post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the paired samples t-test yields a p-value < 0.001, indicating a substantial difference between pre-test and the post-test. This suggests a notable impact resulting from the diverse treatment applied to each variable. These significant outcomes signify that learning media utilizing the Assemblr EDU application, based on Augmented Reality, can enhance student learning motivation, thereby leading to an improvement in student learning outcomes.
