This study investigates the perspectives and strategies of EFL teachers for maintaining resilience throughout their teaching careers. Teachers often encounter challenges that can lead to burnout and demotivation, making resilience crucial fo their professional longevity. This study was conducted using qualitative approach with case study as the research design. The data was gathered using in-depth interviews and document analysis with two participating EFL teachers in East Java who have demonstrated resilience over many years during their teaching careers. These interviews provided insights into the participants' personal life experiences, challenges, coping strategies, and their support networks related to their teaching career. Thematic analysis was conducted in order to identify significant themes and patterns emerging from the data, highlighting the factors that contribute to sustaining resilience among EFL teachers. The findings revealed three key factors that contribute to sustaining teacher resilience: commitment, relationships, and self-awareness.en_US
