Pengaruh Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Picture and Picture terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Deskripsi Siswa Kelas III Sdn Bintoro 02 Jember
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Elementary education consists of several subjects, one of which is Indonesian language learning. The instructional model used in Indonesian language learning is beneficial for students as it helps develop their thinking and creativity in writing descriptive texts. One of the effective models for this purpose is the cooperative learning model known as picture and picture. This research aims to examine the influence of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Picture and Picture on the Ability to Write Descriptive Texts of 3rd-grade students at Bintoro 02 Jember Elementary School. The research is divided into three stages: an initial stage through observation, a research stage involving pretest, treatment, posttest, and a final stage consisting of data analysis. Data analysis is conducted using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests for normality, paired t-test, and N-Gain test. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a two-tailed significance value of 0.00, indicating that the application of the cooperative learning model, specifically the picture and picture type, significantly influenced the ability of 3rd-grade students at Bintoro 02 Jember Elementary School to write descriptive texts.
