Pengaruh Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Scramble terhadap Karakter Berkebhinnekaan Global dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Mata Pelajaran PPKn Unit 4 Siswa Kelas IV
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in learning loss, so the government made a policy to change the curriculum to an merdeka curriculum. In learning activities that occur in the classroom after the implementation of face-to-face learning, the teacher is still the center of attention, so learning activities are only listening to explanations, making summaries, asking questions, and taking notes so that they are lacking in overcoming learning loss. In addition, instilling the global diversity character is still not well implemented by the elements of the character. As a result, students often lack concern for their social environment, lack an understanding of respect for surrounding cultures, and decreased manners in behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of using the scramble learning model on the of global diversity character in the merdeka curriculum of PPKn unit 4 student or class IV students. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a research pattern of non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique is using the total sampling technique, because the population is relatively small. The data analysis technique uses the t-test. Based on the results of the t-test conducted, it is known that the t-count is 2.414 which is then consulted with the t-table is 1.673. It is known that the t-count result is greater than the t-table, which when consulted with the hypothesis testing that has been made, there is an influence of the scramble learning model on the character of global diversity of grade IV elementary school students. The applied scramble learning model shows 27.02% better results compared to the class taught without using the scramble learning model. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the scramble learning model on the character of global diversity of grade IV students.
