Peran Adventure Guide dalam Memberikan Pembekalan Penerapan Safety Briefing Kepada Tamu di Treasure Bay Bintan

Abstract

Treasure Bay Bintan is one of the destinations that prioritizes the security and safety of visitors. This demands the need for supervision, protection, and safety of visitors in carrying out tourist activities. The number of visitors who do not know how to use travel equipment requires a briefing on the application of safety briefing at the beginning. Therefore, the role of an adventure guide is very important in providing briefing on the application of safety briefing to guests before carrying out activities. The writing of this final project aims to explore the role of adventure guides in providing briefing on the application of safety briefings to guests at Treasure Bay Bintan. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and field observations. The result of writing this final project is that the adventure guide is very important in providing briefing on the application of safety briefing to guests. The briefing includes providing clear and precise information about the activities to be carried out, an explanation of how to use tourist equipment and safety equipment and safety measures that must be carried out in various situations. With the briefing on the implementation of this safety briefing, guests can enjoy tourist activities at Treasure Bay Bintan and get a good experince.
