Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Beli Konsumen (Studi Kasus pada Indomaret di Jalan Raya Pesisir No. 460 Dusun Melati Kabupaten Probolinggo)
Abstract
Purchase intention is part of the behavioral component of consumer attitudes in consuming a product. The tendency of the response to act before the purchase decision is actually implemented. Meanwhile, repurchase intention is a purchase intention based on previous purchasing experience. The importance of understanding consumer buying interest is to find out what factors can influence consumer buying interest and can attract consumers to buy a product which of course can bring benefits to the company. Every company that offers its products or services to consumers must be able to provide certainty that their products and services are in accordance with the wishes of consumers so that they can increase buying interest before making a purchase. Buying interest in consumers is based on 4 indicators of transactional, referential, preferential and exploratory interest. This study describes phenomena related to consumer buying interest at Indomaret Jalan Raya Pesisir No. 460 Dusun Melati, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. The selection of research locations used a purposive area method. The subjects of this research are the coastal Indomaret parties, namely Indomaret managers or superiors, employees and some consumers from Indomaret. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with the aim of gathering information within the scope of the research. This study uses in-depth interviews, observation and documents. Data obtained from research results will be analyzed using data analysis methods consisting of reduction stages, data presentation data, and drawing conclusions.
