dc.description.abstractUtilization of inpatient RSD Kalisat still lacking. This is evident from the average BOR in 2010-2012 amounted to 42.78% which is below the standard of 75% -85%. The level of patient utilizing inpatient hospital use depends on the interest, which is then followed by the decision to utilize. This shows the problem is a lack of consumer interest in taking the decision to make use of inpatient services at RSD Kalisat. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between service of quality and promotion mix (based on patient perception) with decision making process of patient on using hospitalization service in RSD kalisat. This research was observational analytical study using cross sectional design. The sample of 60 patients is common inpatient. The data were analyzed using Spearman correlation test with significance level of 5% (= 0.05%). There is a significant relationship between quality of service and promotion mix (based on patient perception) with decision making process of patient on using hospitalization service in RSD kalisat. From the results of this research, RSD Kalisat can improve the quality of care and media promotion of inpatient services.en_US
