Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri dan Pembelajaran Produk Kreatif Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa (Studi Kasus Pada Siswa Kelas XII Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMKN 6 Jember)
Abstract
Vocational High School (SMK) is an educational unit whose aim is to produce graduates who are competent in the world of work. Competent students are students who have quality and are able to compete in the world of work, but in reality vocational schools are still the biggest contributor to unemployment in Indonesia (Central Statistics Agency, 2021) recording an open unemployment rate (TPT) in Indonesia of 5.32% as of August 2023. Based on education, the largest TPT in Indonesia comes from vocational school graduates at 9.31%. To overcome this problem, vocational school graduates must be equipped with sufficient experience through industrial work practice programs as well as entrepreneurship skills so that students can earn their own income after graduating so that they can achieve the desired success without having to depend on being a clerk or employee in a company
This research uses quantitative research methods. The research location used was SMKN 6 Jember, with 51 random respondents from class XII students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 6 Jember. Data collection in this research used interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis Ŷ = 11.323 + 1.101x1 + 0.353x2. From the calculation of the t variable for industrial work practices, a value of 8.612 is obtained, where this value is greater than the ttable value, namely 2.011 and the results of the t test for the creative entrepreneurial product learning variable obtained a result of 2.916, where this value is also greater than the ttable value, so it can be concluded that industrial work practices influence on the work readiness of class XII students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 6 Jember.
