Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Jember

Abstract

Competition in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 was very tight, various business sectors were competing to develop and innovate so that they would remain in their market structure. One of the companies experiencing intense competition is bottled water companies, which currently have many brands on the market. Companies must be able to properly manage their human resources, with good management of the human resource management system will produce a good performance for the company. This research uses a quantitative approach with the category of explanatory research. Respondents in this study were 35 nonmanagerial employees, working for more than one year, and production employees at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Jember. The results of this study explain that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Jember. The work motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance explaining that if work motivation increases, employee performance will also increase and the work discipline variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance explaining that if work discipline increases, employee performance will also increase.
