Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sub-Sektor Batu Bara yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2021)

Abstract

The stock price is a measure of investor interest in investing in company. Companies that have good financial performance are generally the main focus of investors. Anlysis of a company can be done by analyzing financial ratios. The phenomenon that occurs in the coal sub sector companies is the occurrence of stock price fluctuations caused by the company’s internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of financial performance on stock prices in coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely by looking at the annual report of the coal sub sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which is can be accessed through the website www.idx.co.id. This study uses purposive sampling as the sampling method. The samples used are 21 coal sub sector companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that the Current Ratio has a positive significant effect on stock prices. Debt to Asset Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. Return on Equity has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share has no significant effect on stock prices.
