dc.description.abstract | This article aims to describe the level of effectiveness of the SAMSAT Corner
program in Jember Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach
with a sample of 100 taxpayers who use the Samsat Corner to pay PKB, the sampling
technique used in this study is non-probability sampling in the form of accidental
sampling, which is a method of determining the sample by taking respondents who
happen to exist or are available. somewhere according to the research context.
Primary data was collected through questionnaires and documentation studies, while
secondary data was collected through library research. After testing the validity and
reliability, then proceed with the calculation of descriptive statistics and frequency
distribution. The results showed that the answers from the respondents stated that
they were very effective, judging from the results of determining the program
effectiveness interval class that had been carried out, it had given very effective
results for the Samsat Corner program from the results of the quality of the program
output that had been given to the people of the city of Jember, with a percentage of
46% out of 100. %. The existence of this program helps the community in terms of
making PKB payments faster, and more accurately. | en_US |
