dc.description.abstractNiFe alloy material is a ferromagnetic material that has a strong texture and with a magnetic anisotropy value and a large coercivity field. The hysteresis curve of this NiFe material produces a large coercivity field in the hard magnetic group. This study examines the effect of microwave assisted on the hysterisis curve of NiFe material in the form of an ellipsoid. The microwave assisted effect helps to shrink the coercivity field so that the magnetization reversal gets faster and faster to return to its initial position. Simulation results on the size 50 nm multi domain structure by giving a frequency of 20 GHz and an amplitude of 100 mT obtained a coercivity field of 80 mT while at a frequency of 200 GHz and an amplitude of 1000 mT a coercivity field of 55 mT was obtained. The influence of microwave assisted is affected by changes in the smaller coercivity field.en_US
