    Abstract
Definition of medicolegal according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary is of or relating to both medicine and law. From there, medicolegal can be further divided into two sectors, medical law and medical jurisprudence. Medical law focuses mostly on the legal implications of practicing medicine while medical jurisprudence is the scientific field that applies medical knowledge to legal problems. Medical services are closely related to hospital regulations. The Job Creation Law has been officially ratified and signed on November 2nd, 2020, becoming Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The Job Creation Law amends several previously implemented regulations, including Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. This study is a normative juridical literature review by statue approach and conseptual approach about comparison hospital regulations before and after enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. There are ten articles of Law number 44 of 2009 concerning hospitals which are amended by Law number 11 of 2020, these are article 17, article 24, article 25, article 26, article 27, article 28, article 29, article 40, article 54, and article 62; regarding the determination of hospital classification, the change in attributive authority of ministerial regulations to government regulations, the central role of the central government in determining the criteria for granting hospital licenses and establishing accreditation institutions, and expanding administrative sanctions accompanied by limitations in imposing criminal sanctions.
