Law of Republic of Indonesia number 44 of 2009, article 52 paragraph (1) states that hospitals in Indonesia are required to implement recording and reporting of all activities in the hospital. Therefore, every hospital is required to do HMIS by using open source which has been regulated in the Regulation of Minister of Health of Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013, concerning Hospital Management Information Systems. Balung Regional Hospital in Jember Regency is a class C hospital. The development of this hospital data management began in 2013 in the implementation of HMIS. From the results of the preliminary survey conducted, as many as 15 people (75%) stated that they were not satisfied with the existing of HMIS. This is due to the lack of ability to use or operate an information system that results in a delay of inputting patient data on a computer by manually inputting. For normal delivery services in July, there were as many as 70 people who were registered manually, while 29 people were inputted using computer. In August, there were 83 people who were registered manually, while on the computer were 25 people. The purpose of this research is to analyze the HMIS acceptance on Medical Record officers at Balung Regional Hospital in Kabupaten Jember using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The research is an analytical research. Based on the research time, the researcher used cross sectional approach in which the data were collected at the same time. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with a total of 45 respondents. Interviews and observations were used as the data collection methods. The analysis technique used statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use was 55.8%, Perceived Usefulness was 53.2%, Attitude Toward Using HMIS was 53.2%, Behavioral Intention to Use SIMRS was 41.9%, and Actual Usage of HMIS was 41, 9%.
