Abstract

The purpose of this study wereto analyze the performance of financial management in Banyuwangi years 2004-2013; to analyze financial independence it'i Banyuwangi years 2004-2013; to analyze the level of prosperity in Bonvuwanqiyeors 2004-2013; to analyze the relationship between the financial performance of the public welfare Banyuwangi years 2004-2013 and to determine the financial performance improvement strategy Banyuwangi years 2004-2013. This research is a descriptive study with the hypothesis testing approach. All data on the calculation, will be analyzed using descriptive and Man Whitney and correlation analysis. The unit of analysis in this study was the Banyuwangi regency during the years 2004-2013. The results showed that the performance of financial management in Banyuwangi years 2004-2013 was described by the ratio of the effectiveness of Banyuwangi are included in the category is quite effective in realizing regional income.
