    Abstract
    Hendaknya pihak taman wisata bumi kedaton lebih memahami keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen ,dengan cara memberikan kemudahan bagi para pengunjung untuk menghubungi pengelola taman wisata bumi kedaton .Misalnya dengan memberikan nomer telepon yang sewaktu waktu bisa dihubungi oleh pengunjung.
