Manajemen Pembelajaran Materi Unggulan Agama Islam di Taman Kanak-Kanak (Management of Learning Material of Islamic Religion in Kindergarten)
Abstract
The purpose of the study, to describe and find the process ql planning,
learning, and evaluation of the leading material of Islam in the kindergarten Dants
Sholah. The approach of this research is qualitative, the type is descriptive. Data
analysis, data reduction, display data, and verification. The results or substantive
findings of this study are First; the process of planning and mapping the substance of
the pre-eminent material can shape the characteristics of Islamy kindergarten students,
based on the principle; 1) be consistent in the practice of religious material in the
school and the wider community, 2) to teach empathy and sympathy to the dhu'afa ', 3)
to instill a noble base for each pupil, and 4) to contribute to the syi'ar of Islamic
teachings . Second; innovative superior learning process can provide meaning/id
meaning for the development of cognitive, affective. and psychomotoric mrid based on
the foundation: 1) the use of varied learning methods, 2) consistently conduct
comparative studies to other institutions, 3) develop harmonious communi- cation with
the guardians students about their child's development, and 4) developing curriculum
and learning innovation. Third; superior material evaluation will run smoothly by
adhering to the principle: 1) doing reward and panishment to the students, 2)
consistently make appeal and hope to the guardian. The finding of novelty is the
formation of student character, innovative in the development of three competencies
(cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) and evaluation system with reward and
panishment.
