PENERAPAN MEDIA GAMBAR CERITA BERSERI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENYIMAK DALAM MENGIDENTIFIKASI UNSUR CERITA PADA SISWA KELAS V SDN GUMUKSARI 03 KALISAT
Abstract
This research is motivated by the lack of active listening skills
because students are less able to identify the intrinsic elements in the story,
so it takes a medium of learning in its application. The purpose of this study
was to determine the effect of media images beamed story on listening skills
in identifying the elements of the story in class V SDN Gumuksari 03
Kalisat. This research is a classroom action research. The population of this
research is all fifth grade students at SDN 03 Gumuksari Kalisat in
academic year 2016/2017. Data collection method used is the test. Data
obtained in the form of scores and converted into value, and then analyzed
using the formula in the classical completeness class. Based on the analysis
of data, in the first cycle the number of students who pass the study is 14
students and students who do not pass the study amounted to 6 students. To
determine the completeness of the classical class, the number of students
who completed study divided by the total number of students in a class, then
gained 70% the percentage of completeness listening to students. In the
second cycle, students who pass the study increased from the first cycle, as
many as 17 students thoroughly studied and 3 students did not pass the
study. Students who do not pass the study because students are less able to
find themes and Amant in the story. Percentage of completeness listening to
students increased to 85%. Thus, the application of media images beamed
story can enhance listening skills in students in identifying the intrinsic
elements of the story.
