Identification of Determinant Factors in Processing and Technology: A Case Study of Fruit Processing industries (FPIs) in Indonesia

Abstract

Presently, procblems related processing and technology as a part of basic component of agroindustry are still faced by agroindustrial development program in Indonesia, especially of fruit processing industries (FPIs). This condition needs to be reviewed to find determinant factors to support possible policies for agroindustrial development so that agricultural sector will support agroindustries.
