PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN

Abstract

This aim this research is to analyses: (1) influence of profitability toward dividend policy, and (2) influence of investment opportunity set toward dividend policy at property and real estate companies that listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Result from this research, that is: (1) profitability has proven a significant positive effect to dividend policy. (2) Investment opportunity set has proven a significant negative effect to dividend policy.
