Infiltration is a process of water absorption into the soil through the soil surface. Infiltration equation used to estimate amount of water. It
depends on the types of soil. The aim of this research was to know the infiltration rate and cumulative infiltration from some types of soil
texture, at 3 districts of Jember Regency, The research are done at Sumbersari, Kaliwates, and Pakusari District using Modified Kostiakov
Equation infiltration. Parameters observed were moisture soil content, soil texture, infiltration rate, and accumulation infiltration. The method
used in this case was experimental with double-ring infiltrometer inundation. This research showed infiltration constant were obtained also
varies such as loam Ŷ = 1,27t0,52 + 0,001, clay loam Ŷ= 0,67t0,41+ 0,004, and sandy loam Ŷ = 0,44t0,40+ 0,0001.
