    Abstract
    Perhitungan sikap konsumen menunjukkan ada tiga atribut yang memenuhi harapan konsumen yaitu kualitas jasa servis, harga (biaya servis, dan lokasi. Secara keseluruhan sikap konsumen terhadap atribut UD. Fortuna Motor Malang adalah positif ditunjukkan dengan niali Ab (dengan metode Fishbein) .
