    Abstract
    Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang meliputi bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan peserta askes sosial PT. Askes. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel kehandalan dan empati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawta jalan pserta askes sosial PT. Askes.
