Abstract
The purpose of this research are : (1) Analyzing and explaining that transformational leadership is significantly influence to social competence; (2) Analyzing and explaining that transformational leadership is significantly influence to performance; (3) Analyzing and explaining that transformational leadership is significantly influence to self-efficacy; (4) Analyzing and explaining that social competence is significantly influence to performance; (5) Analyzing and explaining that self-efficacy is significantly influence to performance. This is an explanatory research because its explaining the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. This research take 150 respondents that counted from slovin formula with simple random sampling method. The conclusion from this research are (1) Transformational leadership was significantly influence to social competence,appropriate with Saxe (2011) finding; (2) Transformational leadership was significantly influence to performance, appropriate with the research from Thamrin (2012) and Shahhosseiniet al. (2013); (3) Transformational leadership was significantly influence to self-efficacy, appropriate with Parker, 1994; Jexet al., 2001 In Bandura 1997.; (4) Social competence was significantly influence to performance; (5) Self-efficacy was significantly to performances
