HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. YAMAHA BINTANG MOTOR DI SITUBONDO

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the relationship between work motivation and work productivity of employees at PT. Yamaha Bintang Motor in Situbondo. The population in this research was all operational employees at PT. Yamaha Bintang Motor, and the number of the respondents was 27 people. The variables used were Work Motivation and Work Productivity. The tool of analysis used was Rank Spearman analysis. The research results showed that there was a significant relationship between work motivation and productivity of employees at PT. Yamaha Bintang Motor.
