HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONSUMSI LEMAK, NATRIUM DAN KADAR KOLESTEROL LDL DALAM DARAH TERHADAP HIPERTENSI (Studi Di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Daerah dr. Haryoto 8 Lumajang)
Abstract
High blood pressure or hypertension is known as degenerative and
cardiovascular disease which is one public health problem in Indonesia. In
Indonesia, cases of hypertension reached 17-21% of the population and mostly
undetectable. In ‘dr. Haryoto’ Hospital Lumajang hypertension in the top 10
because of disease from year to year tend to increase. In the first 6 months of
2010 reached 433 hypertensive patients. The general objective of this research is
to analyze the relationship between the consumption of sodium, fat and LDL
cholesterol levels in blood with high blood pressure in the clinic of the disease in
the Hospital 'dr. Haryoto' Lumajang. This study used a cross sectional approach
to the technique of sampling using simple random sampling. The pattern of
hypertension prevention of food is often consumed respondent is tempe, tofu,
tomatoes, bananas, fresh water fish and low-fat skim milk. Patterns of food
triggers hypertension is often consumed respondents are liver, beef, chips, soft
drinks, evaporation, full cream milk and ‘tape’. There are 3 (three) variables
significantly associated with hypertension are: fat variables (p value = 0014),
sodium (p = 0.013) and LDL cholesterol levels in blood (p = 0.025) with
hypertension.
