    Abstract
Total sanitation movement (known as “GESIT”) using method of Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) is an effort carried out continually to arouse and encourage the whole initiative of a group of people or community in order that they are willing and able to help themselves to no longer defecate in the open or improper places. Since the existence of GESIT program using the triggering of Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) community of Sukorambi village experienced a change to access a family lavatory and did not defecate in any place. This research was intended to analyze the factors that influenced behavioral change of defecating on lavatory post triggering Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS). This research used quantitative research methods. Based on the time, this research was a cross sectional research. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets to 93 respondents. Based on statistical analysis performed by Logistic Regression using bivariate analysis with the provision of α (0.05), it was shown that the factors that significantly affected behavioral change of defecating on lavatory post triggering Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) in Sukorambi Village were knowledge (0.001), attitude (0.000), family urgency (0.002), and encouragement of health workers (0.018). Of these factors, the factor that mostly influenced the occurrence of behavioral change of defecating on lavatory post triggering CLTS was attitude where p value (0.001) <0.05 and OR> 1, so that Ho was rejected. The role of attitudes in human life is a big role because when it was formed in human beings, then that stage will also determine his behavior toward the object faced.
