dc.description.abstractThis research is entitled "The Influence of Working Skill Measurement System and Motivation to Working Skill At Economic Faculty, Jember University". Variables that are used on this research is working skill measurement system variable (X1) and Motivation (X2) as free variables and working skill as tied variable. This research is conducted in order to know the influence of working skill measurement system and motivation to employee working skill. Data are collected by spreading questioner to 38 employees at Economic Faculty, Jember University. The research method which is used in this research is double linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test (t-test). While the measurement scale which is used in this research is Likert Scale by 1 to 5 which is started with very irrelevant statement to very rellevant statement. Result of double linier regression analysis shows that working skill measurement system does not give significant influence to employee working skill but, motivation gives influence to employee working skill.en_US
