PERBEDAAN PERFUSI PADA KAKI KLIEN DIABETES MELITUS SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH DILAKUKAN SENAM KAKI DIABETES DI DESA SUKOWONO KECAMATAN SUKOWONO
Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a disease with hyperglikemia conditions due to impaired
insulin, impaired insulin’s work or both. In chronic cases, it would cause a
complication in other body organs. The most frequent complications suffered by a
client with diabetes mellitus is macrovascular and microvascular complications
due to atherosclerosis of the blood vessels and finally it caused perfusion problem
especially in lower extremity. Diabetic foot exercises couldd prevent and reduce
poor perfusion on leg. Diabetes foot exercises were believed to improve
circulation in leg and reduce poor perfusion. This Study aims to know the
difference of perfusion on leg before and after diabetes foot exercises. The design
of this study was pre experimental research with one group pretest and posttest
approach. This research used 17 respondents as sample. The results showed
before done diabetes foot exercises there are 12 people has poor perfusion on his
right leg. After done diabetes foot exercises, there are no respondent who have
poor perfusion. The results on the left foot indicates there are 13 people who has
poor perfusion. After done diabetes foot exercises only 1 respondent who has poor
perfusion. The analyzed used Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with 95% CI
