PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PR. GAGAK HITAM BONDOWOSO
Abstract
The research aims to analyze the effect of financial compensation as well as the
motivation to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance and to analyze
the effect of motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted on PR.
Gagak Hitam Bondowoso.
This research uses descriptive research design quantitative, and using primary data
with survey methods, by spreading the questionnaire directly to the research object. This
research was used purposive sampling technic which technic sampling method. The
technique that used for data processing is path analysis by means of SPSS program.
The results of this research indicates that : (1) salaries and a significant positive effect
on motivation, (2) Allowances positive and significant impact on motivation, (3) Incentive
positive and significant impact on motivation, (4) Salaries and significant positive effect on
employee performance , (5) Allowance positive and significant impact on the performance of
employees, (6) Incentives positive and significant impact on employee performance (7)
