FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP MINAT TENAGA KERJA INDONESIA UNTUK KEMBALI BEKERJA KE LUAR NEGERI DI DESA KEDUNG JAJANG KECAMATAN KEDUNG JAJANG KABUPATEN LUMAJANG
Abstract
Conditions  of  employment  and  the  lack  of  a  minimum  wage  in  Indonesia  can trigger  the  desire  to  beekrja  abroad  with  the  high  level  of  wages.  That  is  the  main attraction and workforce thrust Indonesia to work abroad. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect on interest income Indonesian workers to return to  work  abroad,  to  identify  and  analyze  the  influence  of  the  number  of  dependents against the interests of  Indonesian workers to  return to work abroad, to identify  and analyze the influence educational level of the labor interests of Indonesia to return to work  abroad  and  to  discover  and  analyze  the  effect  of  employment  status  to  the interest of Indonesian workers to return to work abroad. 
The  research  method  used  is  explanatory  research  methods.  This  study describes  the  variables  -  variables  that  affect  the  interests  of  Indonesian  workers  to return to work abroad in the Village District Kedungjajang Kedungjajang Lumajang. number of samples used is 61 workers, who have worked abroad made up of men and women in the Village District Kedungjajang Kedungjajang Lumajang. The method of data analysis using logistic regression. 
The  results  showed  that  significantly  influence  interest  income  Indonesian workers  to  return  to  work  abroad.  The  number  of  dependents  does  not  significantly influence  interest  labor  Indonesia  to  return  to  work  abroad.  The  level  of  education does  not  significantly  influence  interest  labor  Indonesia  to  return  to  work  abroad. Significant  effect  on  the  employment  status  of  labor  interests  to  return  Indonesia  to work abroad. Based  on  the  results  of  this  study  are  earnings  and  employment  status  significantly influence the interest of migrant workers back to work and the number of dependents and education level did not significantly influence the interest of Indonesian migrant workers to return to work abroad.
