    Abstract
Result of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), Indonesia had distribution of malnutrition and undernourishment, particularly in Jawa Timur and affects the quality of human resources. One of the activities to increase the public service in village stage was Posyandu (integrated service post). Posyandu exist to give a health service. One of the services was monitoring growth and development of children. The activities at Posyandu operate by caders. Caders must be skillfully interpreting the result of weighing in healthy indicator card. But, at practice not all caders were skilled in interpreting the result of weighing in health indicator card which could cause incorrect reporting. The objective of this research was to analyse factors that influence the cader’s skill in interpreting weighing result in Healthy Indicator Card. The method of this study was analytic observational with cross sectional design. The amount of the sample was 71 caders and the study placed at the Sukorambi health center. The analysis of data uses multiple logistic regressions. The result showed variables that influence the skill to interpreting weight in health indicator card were cader’s age (p= 0,043), duration for being a caders (p= 0,046), knowledge (p= 0,0001), and cader’s behaviour (p= 0,0001). The most influence variable of cader’s skill was knowledge (p= 0,0001) with Exp(B) =89,023. The conclusion was age factor, duration for caders, knowledge, and behaviour influence the skill of caders. While caders education, training, skill developing, and midwife support were not influence cader’s skill. The effort that can be recommended were give a motivation for caders from asosiated instance, for example by giving a reward to caders.
