    PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN MORAL KERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Studi kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarang Kabupaten Bondowoso)

    Abstract
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan tansformasional dengan peningkatan kinerja guru, menganalisis pengaruh antara moral kerja kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan menganalisis pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan tansformasional, dan moral kerja kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarang Kabupaten Bondowoso. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai responden dan jumlah sampel sebesar 46 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional dengan kinerja guru. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara moral kerja guru dengan kinerja guru. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan moral kerja kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan tansformasional, moral kerja dan kinerja guru ix ABSTRACT This purpose of research is to analyse effect between transformasional leadership styles on improvement of teacher performance, analyses effect between headmaster work morale on teacher performance and analyses effect between tansformasional leadership styles, and work morale on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarang in Bondowoso Regency. This population of research is headmaster and teacher as respondent and number of samples are 46. Analytical method applied by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing by using test t and test F. Result of research indicates that thera is a positive and significant effect between tranformasional leadership styles with teacher performance. There is a positive and significant effect between headmaster wrk morale on teacher performance. There is positive and significant effect between transformasional leadership styles, and headmaster work morale with teacher performance.
