dc.description.abstractThe halal assurance system is one of the systems that ensured the halalness of a product during the production to distribution process. One of the standards used in the halal assurance system is HAS 23101. CV. XYZ is an industry engaged in food production. CV. XYZ was applied the HAS 23101 standard to the manufacturing process of its products, there is frozen cassava. This study was conducted to identified the implementation of halal certification that has been owned by CV. XYZ. Identification was carried out by distributing a checklist related to the variable application of the HAS 23101 standard to 30 employees working in CV. Xyz. The checklist that has been distributed will be calculated the percentage of conformity between the implementation of the HAS 23101 standard and the provisions of the LPPOM MUI. The identification results showed that CV.XYZ had a conformity percentage of 94.1%. This percentage indicates that cv. XYZ has been in accordance in applying the HAS 23101 standard on the production of frozen cassava and is considered worthy of halal certificationen_US
