Abstract: The Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) is one of the models of structured learning with the development and expansion of the idea of mathematical concepts with individual or group exercises. The purpose of this research is to increase students’ activities and learning achievement score. This research type is a Classroom Actions Research (CAR) of two cycles. In the first cycle the research taught simple algebraic function graph topic, whereas in the second cycle is a graphs of quadratic functions topic. The research methods are documentation, observation, test and interview. The data analyzed in this research are students’ activities and students’ achievement score, teacher’s activities. The research show that the student activities attaine 74,04% in the first cycles and 77,93% in second cycles. The teacher activities attaine 90,19% in the first cycles and 95,69% in second cycles, and the achievement score attaine 77,78% in the first cycles and 88,89% in second cycles. It can be concluded that the application of Missouri Mathematics Project learning model is able to improve student learning outcomes.
