dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on Organization citizenship behavior (OCB) in public sector organizations. The sample used in this study amounted to 200 employees. Data is analyzed by using SEM. The results showed that organizational commitment affects OCB. This research is only carried out in public sector organizations, so that future research can be carried out in organizations in other sectors.en_US
