Dinamika Sosial Ekonomi Penambang Belerang Kawah Gunung Ijen di Desa Tamansari Kecamatan Licin Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract

The purpose of this study among others were to understand and explain the socio-economic conditions of miners sulfur crater of ljen Volcano in Desa Tamansari Sub-District Licin Banyuwangi; to understand and explain the factors that influence sulfur crater of ljen volcano in Desa Tamansari Sub­ District Licin Banyuwangi and to understand and explain the impact of mining sulfur crater of Mount ljen in Desa Tamansari Sub-District Licin Banyuwangi. This study used qualitative research methods. This research was conducted in the area of ljen Vocano in Desa Tamansari Sub-District Licin Banyuwangi. The informants were sulfur miners in the village of Toman Sari subdistrict Licin Banyuwangi. Data analysis used in this study was the Interactive Model Analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the dynamics of natural resource factors affecting revenue sulfur miners consist of condition status of Mount ljen, Danger sulfur gas and rainfall. Dynamics of social factors affecting revenue sulfur miners include the age of the miners, livelihood, education, social status, welfare, social interaction, health and cultural customs. Economic factors affecting the dynamics of sulfur miners income consists of employment, income / income, consumption, investment and savings.
