Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap profesionalisme karyawan PT Grand Bromo Hotel di desa Sukapura, Probolinggo. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel artifact dan variabel espoused values ternyata sama sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profesionalisme karyawan.
